Tremor Analyzer

Vocal tremor analysis from sustained phonation

Measures

Frequency Tremor (F0 Modulation): Measures cyclic variations in fundamental frequency (pitch). FTrF indicates the rate of modulation (Hz), FTrI indicates its intensity (%).

Amplitude Tremor (Loudness Modulation): Measures cyclic variations in voice intensity (loudness). ATrF indicates the rate of modulation (Hz), ATrI indicates its intensity (%).

Recording Tips

What to Record

Sustained /a/ vowel at comfortable pitch, using a natural voice

Duration

Hold for at least 5 seconds — longer recordings give better tremor resolution

Steadiness

Try to keep pitch and loudness as constant as possible throughout

What to Avoid

Intentional pitch or loudness changes, background noise, recordings under 3 seconds
