Refund Policy
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your PhonaLab Contributor subscription at any time.
During an active subscription:
- Your Contributor features remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- Your account automatically reverts to the Free tier after the billing period ends
- You retain access to your account and can continue using Free tier features
Refund Eligibility
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service and which we are unable to resolve, reported within 14 days of your first paid charge
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@phonalab.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
We aim to respond to refund requests as soon as possible, typically within a few business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Subscriptions more than 14 days after the first paid charge
- Change of mind after the refund window has passed
- Failure to cancel before renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your renewal date from your account billing page.
Payment Processor
All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who acts as Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments handles transaction processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and refund processing.
