PhonaLab is built and maintained by an independent voice scientist. Its acoustic algorithms are peer-reviewed and validated against Praat (Lucero, Journal of Voice, 2026), so every measure you see can be traced to a published method.
The Free tier gives you the full measurement engine and on-screen results. The Contributor tier adds what you need to document your work — a clinical PDF report, session-to-session comparison, and data export — and helps sustain the platform's ongoing development.

What happens when I reach my free limit?
When you reach 10 analyses in a month, becoming a Contributor gives you unlimited analyses along with PDF reports, export, and Session Compare. Your free allowance also resets at the start of each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Contributor subscription at any time. Your Contributor features stay active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other local payment methods through our payment processor.
Is my data secure?
Yes. PhonaLab is designed for privacy: audio recordings and analysis results are processed transiently and are not stored on our servers. Connections are encrypted and the platform follows privacy-by-design principles.
