Wideband and narrowband spectrograms for clinical voice analysis

About Spectrograms

Wideband Spectrogram (5ms window): Shows formant structure clearly with good time resolution. Ideal for analyzing articulation, vowel quality, and temporal patterns. Formants appear as dark horizontal bands.

Narrowband Spectrogram (30ms window): Shows harmonic structure with good frequency resolution. Ideal for analyzing pitch, voice quality, and harmonic-to-noise characteristics. Individual harmonics appear as distinct horizontal lines.

💡 Tip: After uploading your recording, you can adjust the maximum frequency (default 5000 Hz) and dynamic range (default 70 dB) to optimize the visualization for your specific analysis needs.
